Weekly rental only

A deposit of $500 secures your reservation, due upon booking confirmation. Balance, plus security deposit of $500 due 30 days prior to arrival.

A signed Waiver of liability and Rental Contract is due with the balance. Security deposit will be refunded on departure provided no damage has been done to the property.

Full refund only if cancelled
at least 30 days prior to arrival
AND
if the cottage can be re-rented
again for the time frame.
