A deposit of $500 secures your reservation, due upon booking confirmation. Balance, plus security deposit of $500 due 30 days prior to arrival.

(Please note: this cottage is on a septic system and therefore is more environmentally sensitive. Do not bring harsh soaps or detergents)

(Our water has been tested and is safe to drink, however there is an occasional odour of sulphur)

Please Note:

A signed Waiver of Liability and Rental Contract is due with the balance. Security deposit will be refunded on departure provided no damage has been done to the property.

Confirmation of no pets and no smoking is required prior to confirming reservation.

Full refund only if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival AND if the cottage can be re-rented again for the time frame.

Confirmation of number of guests not to exceed 7-8 prior to confirming reservation.

Contract and Waiver of Liability required to be signed 30 days prior to move in. Click Here to download Contract/Waiver. Please print this form, sign and mail it to us along with the balance of the rental payment and damage deposit.
